What to expect on the day
Getting there
The Ellesmere Centre in Hull has a car park on site plus free on street parking nearby, and a lift so everyone has equal access. Hornsea and Pocklington are both central and easy to walk to.
Arriving
There is a signing in and out system at the Ellesmere Centre and a comfortable waiting area. Give yourself a few minutes rather than arriving in a rush - it makes a difference to the session.
Your appointment
Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00, and 18:00 in summer. Sunday is closed. Evening appointments can sometimes be arranged, so do ask.
